NADM CUSTOM BUILDERS is based in Monmouth County, NJ and provides turn-key solutions for its Jersey Shore customers. All design, engineering and project management tasks are handled in-house which means a central point of contact for the customer. We are committed to maintaining a local customer base in order to provide exceptional customer support and maintain maximum customer satisfaction. We realize that a new home is a large and important investment for our clients. We strive to make the process smooth and stress-free as possible.

NADM CUSTOM BUILDERS maintains relationships with an extensive list of qualified tradesmen to ensure that every detail of your new home is crafted by the best there is. NADM modular is a licensed and full insured NJ home builder and brings together over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. We have in-house design and engineering, experienced project managers and foremen and a NJ licensed home improvement contractor and electrician on staff.

We have the resources to service every stage of the construction process; from procuring the property for you, with our real estate liaison, to obtaining the mortgage with our in-house financing. We handle zoning, variance and site remediation issues as well. And can beautify the finished product with landscaping and other amenities such as pools, spas, patios and decks. NADM modular brings everything under one roof and client satisfaction is our utmost priority.
